Additionally, if you've provided us with your email address, we will send you a tracking number. Ensure your email address with us is up-to-date to receive the tracking information for your order. Regularly check your inbox for updates on shipment. If you're not receiving these notifications, make sure to inform us. When your package arrives, move all parcels indoors promptly. If you're not going to be at home, please ask others to bring in the packages. Alternatively, you could have your items shipped to a different address. Once your order arrives, inspect the contents immediately.

Once the package has been picked up from our warehouse, and is in possesion of the shipping carrier, they are responsible to deliver it to you. Insurance can be purchased on your order for an addtional cost. You can also have your items shipped to a different address or place of buisness.
If any items that have arrived damaged during transit or are missing from the box, we're glad to replace them free of charge. If there are any issues, reach out to us within three days of receiving the order. Lastly, we want to remind you that we can't ship items that require a cold environment internationally.
