Real Lemon Juice and our Gluten-free flour blend mixed with real vanilla beans to create the tastiest lemon shortbread cookie yet! To prepare vegan, just replace butter with vegetable shortening, coconut oil, or vegan butter!

Ingredients: Gluten Free Flour (Sweet White Rice Flour, Whole Grain Brown Rice Flour, Potato Starch, Whole Grain Sweet White Sorghum Flour, Tapioca Flour, Xanthan Gum), Vegan Cane Sugar, Baking Powder (Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Corn Starch, Sodium Bicarbonate, Mono Calcium Phosphate), Vanilla Bean, Lemon Juice Powder (Lemon Juice Solids, Maltodextrin, Lemon Oil), Salt.
All of our Baking Mixes are vegan! We always include vegan and non-vegan preparation instructions with our products; usually this boils down to choosing to add butter vs. vegetable oil and milk vs. non-dairy milk.
