Katz gluten-free pastries are shipped frozen and may thaw during transit. This is normal and expected. The products are fully baked and designed to arrive ready to eat.
During warmer months, we include ice gels to help maintain product quality during transit. During colder months, ice gels may not be necessary and are not be included.
According to the manufacturer, these products can safely remain out of the freezer for several days during shipping. Upon arrival, you may enjoy them immediately or place them in the freezer for later use. Products may be refrozen and enjoyed through the best-by date listed on the package.
