We only use honey from GloryBee, an organization who raises awareness, preserves safe and ethical honey practices, and protects the bee population.
Ingredients: Water, Gluten-free flour blend (modified tapioca starch, corn starch, potato starch), Sprouted grain blend (sprouted brown rice flour, gluten-free sprouted rolled oats), Sugars (cane sugar, honey, dextrose, raisin juice concentrate), Sunflower oil, Yeast, Psyllium husk, Modified cellulose, Vinegar, Pea hull fibre, Salt, Cultured cane sugar, Xanthan gum, Rice bran, Cellulose gum, Enzymes.
Our wide slice loaves, sprouted loaves, classic loaves, and bagels stay fresh and delicious for up to 9 days after thawing, and all our buns for up to 7 days. Pizza crusts are the exception — they need to stay frozen to keep their best taste and texture! If you’re not sharing and need to store it for later, you can keep it in the freezer for up to 6 months.
