Who doesn’t love an animal kritter? The crackers come in 6 different animals: longhorn sheep, an elephant, a pig, a bison, a camel, and a horse. These cookies are very sweet and have a fine, shortbread-like texture. They are crunchy, but not hard, and are just a touch crumbly.
